Cambridge Home Care is a companionship, cleaning and concierge service for the Cambridge area tailored specifically to the needs of older people.

At Cambridge Home Care we aim to ensure that our clients and their families receive a high quality and reliable service, focussing on continuity of care and individual attention as a priority for each and every service user.

Each client will have a regular staff member with call times arranged to suit their own agendas, helping them to enjoy living independently in their own homes and thus removing the anxiety caused by different staff members arriving for each call, and at varying times each day.

Cambridge Home Care recognises that each individual will have differing requirements. We therefore offer an entirely bespoke service. 

Anyone interested in using the services of Cambridge Home Care will be offered the chance for a face-to-face discussion to establish their needs and hear more about the variety of services on offer. Family members are also encouraged to play a part in the initial discussions to ensure all avenues are covered. While clients can enjoy regular call times and a familiar face each time they open the door, their families can have peace of mind that their loved ones needs are being met by responsible staff that they know and trust.

At Cambridge Home Care we are committed to doing all that we can to ensure clients are safe and well at all times. Often family members of our clients have confided in us that they are concerned about elderly relatives spending days alone at home as the risk of falls or not eating/ drinking sufficiently are much higher in these circumstances. With this in mind Cambridge Home Care is now able to offer welfare checks throughout the day, calls as short as 15 minutes to check all is well and make clients a cup of tea or a snack if required. This service offers reassurance to clients and family members as they know that loved ones are safe throughout the day, as well as helping to combat feelings of  loneliness and isolation amongst the elderly in our community.
